For me, there’s a few personal discoveries that have helped me over the years.. You might even be familiar with a few 😉

The very first thing I dug into was doing daily superwoman poses, as many as needed throughout the day to raise my inner confidence vibration. Feel as powerful, big, brave, unconquerable, flawsome as Superwoman.

I would actually go over the south facing window, do these poses facing into the sunshine that was beaming on my face. Taking some deep breaths, reviewing in my mind my 2 favorite questions in my heart:

• Who can I help today
• How can I help today

Taking the inner pressure off of myself, shifting into helping mode which I knew was really good at reducing inner stress, and putting focus on what mattered most in my day and business.

Research on enclothed cognition shows that what we wear or physically put on our bodies can influence how we think, feel, and behave by activating associated psychological meanings. For example, one classic experiment found that participants wearing a doctor’s lab coat — an object symbolically linked with attentiveness — demonstrated increased task focus and cognitive performance compared to those wearing casual clothes, illustrating how physical items can affect confidence and mental state.

That was the first self discovery insight of me putting some extra light, love and strength into me and FEELING better.

That was "My Armor that I was donning from the inside out, so I could step forward, be able to do my live videos, reels, or send that message to that woman I was nervous about.

These rituals raise vibrational energy in real time. They strengthen our inner strength affirmation. They remind us that confidence is not something we wait for. It is something we activate ✨.

When we pair raised energy with our desire to grow, we become the woman we need to be, so can make money online from home with clarity and calm instead of fear and overwhelm.

Everyday Confidence Armor for Women Building Side Hustles from Home

Unknowingly, we all have Armor that carries us through the day. It supports us at work, during an interview, while attending a service or stepping into any situation where we want to feel calm and confident.

Anything that helps you feel bigger, braver, bolder and stronger becomes part of your sacred support system.

Personally, my Armor is the application of my war paint as my husband calls it. As I methodically and with care apply my favorite bold red lipstick and two coats of mascara, paying special attention to my outer lashes..

I feel more together and more grounded. The squirrel brain quiets. My thoughts organize. My energy focuses. On really special occasions, I wear my Mom’s blue bead on a silver chain that she gave me, or my beloved Aunty’s crystal choker.

This is the heart of the armor of confidence. It is symbolic, emotional and energetic. It signals to our body that we are safe and supported. It stabilizes our energy so we can move into our work and our life with strength, clarity and presence.
