Let’s be real, Sunshine.. some of us have had our fair share of up-line drama: Bickering, ghosting, finger pointing, zero training, no culture, no community, mixed messages.. or worse —> "my upline quit!"

It’s a special kind of heartbreak when someone you trusted as your mentor suddenly isn’t showing up or feels totally off-the-rails bat🦇 sh** crazy.

But that doesn’t mean you have to throw in the towel.

Fall is a season of change.. and maybe it’s time to shift how you see yourself, your power, and your business. 🍂

Step One: Ask Yourself the Tough Love Question 💛

Is your business still aligned with your heart, your values, your lifestyle? Are you just burnt out and looking for an easy exit? Or maybe the biz model was right once, but no longer fits where you are in life. It's okay if things changed. Give yourself permission to reevaluate without guilt.

*No shame, no blame .. Just claim your hear and now.

Let’s face it: even the best up-lines in the world still have team members who ghost them. So what are you waiting for? Maybe this whole breakdown is actually the breakthrough you've been needing. Because being the CEO of your own life means taking the reins even when you’re scared.

**Personal story - I had a job in my 30's and I used to ki-yi and complain to my co-workers I could do a better job than my boss. Finally one of my friends said "Roxanne if you can do better, then take his job." .. So I did! .. Let’s map a way forward, even when your up-line has dipped, drifted, or gone a little cuckoo.

Plant your flag. Draw your line. Dust off the "woe is me" and become the bold, compassionate, and competent leader you were searching for. The fall 🍂 wind might be strong, but so are your roots.

It's now time to look inward vs outward .. Decide!
