*** Real life lack of confidence moment: I was 12 years old at the PNE in Vancouver Canada, watching my friends get on the roller coaster having the time of their life. Their joyful shrieks and screams both terrified and thrilled me. Could I get ON it? So I got in line, hands sweaty, heart pounding, telling myself that I could step out of line any time if I got to "chicken shit"! Haha!!

.. You know what happened next? My lack of confidence, all my fears turned into excitement soon as my hand held the ticket in my sticky little fingers. I COULD do this! I got on that roller coaster as many times as I could that day!! Best Day Ever!

I do this when I get stuck in my own head too long which boosts my confidence and gets me back on track in business and life!
