"Is my brain even in the right gear?"
Mindset is the motor that drives your day.
And when itâs stuck in neutral.. or worse, reverse.. youâll find yourself stuck, spinning, and second-guessing everything. Your mindset determines how much energy you have, how you show up for your dreams, and whether or not you believe youâre capable.

Flip the script. Say this with me:
- I can do this.
- I believe in myself.
- I havenât figured it out yet.. but I will.
- This doesnât define me.
- I donât quit on me.
The more you say it, the more your mindset believes it.

Motivation isnât a mood.. itâs a muscle.
Years ago, I thought habits had to be monumental. Like waking up at 5AM, running 10K, and drinking kale smoothies before sunrise. But one of the most life-changing habits I ever started? Simply writing down one thing I was proud of at the end of each day.. even if it was âI didnât yell when I spilled my tea.â
Start small:
- Listen to a podcast while doing the dishes.
- Replace one âI canâtâ with âI havenât yet.â
- Follow uplifting creators.
- Journal one thing you did do today.

Avoidance is exhausting. And the longer you delay healing, the heavier it becomes.
If you need to:
- Scream into a pillow
- Call a friend
- Make the therapy appointment
- Journal it all out
Do it. Then? Move.
Healing isnât linear. But forward is forward. Even when itâs wobbly.
